Pepper and I headed out Wednesday to a coastal lake for some peace and quiet, we found it...

I also found a shiny 16" jack coho!

OK, that was just a test to see if anyone is paying attention..)

I came home with 3 sea runs and a fat 15" bass...

Very nice, what did you take the fish with? And what lake was it if you would like to share?

I was just trolling spinners at about 2mph, mostly Vibric SST Rooster Tails that BiMart sells in pink and blue, 1/2 oz are about the same size as #4 BlueFox, trolled a gold one of those that I have caught bass with before. The Vibrics are great for SRC and coho, before Oct1 I will often run blue OFF one side and pink OFF the other...I fish all the coastal lakes between CoosBay and Florence this time of year while most folks are busy dealing with chinook fever...cheers, roger
