Ok so I saw this 8-9 ft plasticish lookin boat out fishing yesterday on the lake and I really liked it the guy said he got it off a catalog but he forgot the name of it for aroun $350 so I'm worndrin if anyone knows of a site/catalog/or maybe a store I can look at for a plastic 8 to 12ft lake boat that I can put a trollin motor? I also was lookin at this handy boat that folds up Porta-bote anyone kno anything maybe a price?

you can sometimes find porta botes for sale on craigslist. they retail for about $1400 brand new - bare bones no accessories.

I have seen these on some waters I have fished. They look good on plain and seem to take a bit of wave as well. I do not know what they run as far as price, but my guess is that they are the most portable boat around.
