Siltcoos bass & panfish

Four of us caught 12 bass over a week's time. The largest was a smallish 2.25 lbs. Perch were non-existent, so we went to Tahkenitch to remedy that problem. There appeared to be lots of trout around. A huge mayfly hatch one night triggered the most trout rises I have ever seen at Siltcoos.

Thank you. We have been fishing Siltcoos since 1975. It is a great lake, but I wish the perch fishery would recover. Good fishing to you too!
