Silt/Tahk Thursday...

Conclusion: we need rain. the coho should come pouring in once we get some rain...until then, watch college football.

Tahk Mallard arm- a few fish jumping up top, mostly smaller, the larger ones looked dark, 3 other boats up there, 2.5hours, nobody hooked anything that I saw.

Silt- nothing jumping or rolling near the outlet and south of it, spent 1.5hours there. quick trip down the outlet river- totally stagnant water, no water flowing out over the dam for sure.

it was a nice cloudy/foggy day, I tossed my best black/green spinners, plus several lil'Cleo patterns and the standard pink-bells and an orange strike master; I basically unloaded my clip of coho candy and came up empty...we just need rain...cheers, roger

Well, there is still the slaw for fishing until the lakes turn on at least. Hope you get some fish out of tahk this year and post them up.
