New to oregon thinking of going this week. Also if anyone has any information on salmon creek or salt creek I would be thankful.norh fork dish better high or staying low .any thing on some good flus for these 3 rivers would be thankful.
Salt and Salmon are really fishy looking waters with very little pressure, See a few guys below Oakridge but never any further up. Park at blue pool and head up . Further away from the campground the better.
When I was younger and really into flyfishing I would kick up the rocks above were I would fish and then toss wooly buggers . Always out fished my nymph buddy's. The upper Rogue off hwy 62 is considered a great place to fish and then of course is the Williamson.
Have fun and send us a report and pic if possible
