Nice time at Wallowa Lake

Our family spent last week at Wallowa Lake. It was beautiful and fun. Here's a shot of my 4 year old checking out the Kokanee that my wife got. (Yeah they're starting to turn.)



I didn't have great luck fishing for trout the first few days, but caught my limit on my last afternoon using powerbait off the bottom. My son got one, too. He was thrilled.

Man those Kokes do get big! Suttle and Wallowa are the same type of glacier formed lake. I wish Suttle had Kokes like that!!ray:
