Need some help with rod repair

I have a winston blank that someone did the eyes and everything on. I need repair on a cuff (the part where the two sections go together), some eyes, and the tip. Nothing is broken, looks like the glue epoxy they used may have not been the UV resistant stuff. The epoxy is flanking off and the tip is loose.

I am wondering if anyone knows of a place to get a rod serviced? I do not have a ton into the rod but would like someone who knows what they are doing.

Winston said $10 an eye and a $150 service charge.

Please help is spring is right around the corner

Sorry to see a fine rod, hurting a bit. But it sounds totally repairable. I'd know who to send you to, in Albany: Mitch @ Two Rivers Fly Shop. Up there, I would say take it in to the fly shop in your town. They ought to know someone, who may be closer.

The local shop actually told me they did not know anyone who does repair work and said send it to the manufacturer.

If your reply was directed at my post, then yes I know him personally; I have two of his rods.
He won't break the bank and his work is amazing...
