Hit Yale this morning, I started with a dodger and a silver Apex. It worked well all day @ 37' on the downrigger. The long line I put out never got a bite, so finally put it away, tried many different rigs, not luck. Jim started with a dodger and his home made wedding ring, just not keeping up with the Apex, he tried a bunch of different rigs and went back the starting rig to finish with a limit and one real nice Dolly about 3 & 1/2lbs (released). 2 full limits with 5 or so fish lost at the boat, we fishied the north side and then crossed over below the island. Trolled on the south side and not a lot of action, trolled back to the north side and we had our limits, fished cleaned and back on the trailer by about 3
