I have always liked the idea of going out ice fishing, but never found ice comfortably thick enough to make me feel safe.
The ice that these guys are on looks only 3-4" thick, and its cracked. No way in hell you would get me on that ice.

REAL nice fish.

what cracked me up (*bad pun*) were the "Stick your tip in the hole" and "its huge" comments...
I listened to this without watching the video the first time around and it sounded like ice fishing porn.

i heard that prinville was some goo ice fishing when the weather is right but oregon ice scares me too.

This year was bad for ice, but iv heard Fish lake and Lake of the Woods both are ok with ice fishing.

Some years u can ice fish Diamond lake. Not this year :D

Alaskan Ice would be no problem
Scottish Loch ice - thick... no problem
Northern Washington - I would think about
Oregon ice - iffy
California ice fishing? the guys at Shasta wait until its real cold, then tap on the windscreen, wipe the ice away and ask the driver if they have spare change and need an 1/8th.
