How long to wait??

how long do you guys wait to hit the water after a good rain like this one that we have!!!??

It depends on the river, the wilson, kilchis necanicum... within hours or worst case a day.. the willy and clack will take longer..days.. the rule is head up farther in a river to fish sooner, or you can play the sandy by the snow level game, I think eagle creek may be the same.

I fished the mouth of the Sandy today and it was prettty slow. The water was stained. Saw a few fish rolling around but nothing promising. Time to head to the coast.

What river's are you wanting to fish. Anything on the coast is gunna be a few days. Lots of leaves being washed down right now and the water is brown.

The Clack is at 12.5, that ain`t high folks! The Sandy is at 9, that ain`t high folks! I have no doubt there is color, but so....

color just means you add brighter colors and bait. and theres your fish.

thumbrule is that you wait 24 hours but with recent climatic change its not that particular.
