I live right down the road from the tualatin river. I have put a trap in quite a few times and caught a grand total of 14 so far this season. Most of them were really good eating, 2 were a bit on the small side. I use left over bait from my coast trips (jetty fishing with herring or such) and let the bait sit in the back of my truck a day or two until I can smell it. Then I load the trap and let it soak about 24 hours. Seems to work like a charm!
