Grampa shows how it's done

Fished the North Umpqua with my dad and niece. We used spinners, jigs, and corkies. Around 9 am I hooked into a 4# steelhead that jumped twice and threw my #4 BF firetiger. About 11 my dad hooked a real fighter. This 8lb fish did it's best to stay off the bank, jumping and stripping out line several times. Dad was using a orange corkie with half a worm. We fished till 2 pm and saw several fish in the river, but no more bites.
