First keeper

Finally got one the right size, on the right day, in the right month, and was wearing the right color socks! Damn good dinner he made too!

Caught on squid near the mouth of the Lewis.

Way to go on the keeper, I came within a half inch of my first keeper today.

Right on!!! nice fish! Im home now, going kamlooper fishing in north idaho for five days and then look out sturgeon!! I,ll give ya a call, I got a batch of norton sound herring, oiliest in the world... we will have to try it out.

How long were you fishing for? Nice looking Sturgeon too.

Fished about 4 hours. Had about 12 nice shakers to the boat besides this one.

Socks were blue/grey spec merlino wool. lol
