I'm sure you've met a smart criminal or two. Smart ones don't get caught or talk about their criminal activities to people. Those guys got away with it for a while. I'm glad they made some stupid mistakes though. Hopefully they serve some jail time. I doubt they will stop what they are doing now though. Now they are forced to poach or use other peoples tags and I'm sure they will.

IMO the smart criminals are why you should never consider criminals to be stupid, and be ready as such.
