I keep hearing you guys talk about how early you need to get started to catch these chromers.. I understand the regs say "one hour before sunrise to one hour after sunset", but has anyone been checked by the Authorities for fishing too early or too late?

I found this NOAA site that lets you calculate when sunrise and sunset occur for any given location. Here is a link for the bridge at Eagle Creek....

I just go to katu or oregonlive if I happen to be thinkin about it. See when sunrise is and go. Never been checked for this reason. Guess it could happen at some holes?
