So with the streams and rivers closed till next may. Is there many that are still open to catch and release fly fishing. Just got the new setup and dying to get out there this weekend. I'm in Albany so anywhere from cottage grove to portland suits me. Thanks for any input much appreciated

Check the regs for the Middle Fork Willamette and I think a stretch on the Mckenzie might be open too. The lower Row River might be open too.

Lower McKenzie is open for C&R. Check out Armitage Park, not far off I-5.

Fall Creek (Middle Fork Willamette, Lane Co.)
1. Mainstem downstream from Fall Creek Dam
• Open for adipose fin-clipped Chinook salmon and adipose fin-clipped steelhead entire
year. Open to harvest of non-adipose fin-clipped steelhead greater than 24 inches
entire year.
• Open Jan. 1-April 23 and Nov. 1-Dec. 31, catch and release for trout.

NOTE: All trib's above the dam are closed.

Leaburg Canal and tributaries(Lane Co.) Leaburg Dam to Leaburg Powerhouse
• Closed within the Leaburg powerhouse tailrace and from Leaburg Dam to below fish screens
(approx. 600 ft.).
• Open for trout entire year, catch and release only.
• Angling restricted to artificial flies and lures, as per Zone Regulations.

Long Tom River (Benton/Lane Co.):
1. Mainstem upstream to Fern Ridge Reservoir
• Open Jan. 1-April 23 and Nov. 1-Dec. 31, catch and release for trout.

2. All tributaries above and below Fern Ridge Reservoir, and mainstem above Fern Ridge Reservoir
• Open Jan. 1-April 23 and Nov. 1-Dec. 31, catch and release for trout.
• Angling restricted to artificial flies and lures Jan. 1-Apr. 23 and Nov. 1-Dec. 31.
