Nice fish! You get it on a 3" pink worm on a pink jig head under a float?

Right on man!

Was it a re-run?

Guy at the hatchery said that 95% of the re-runs aren't even being caught! They are just coming back to the trap a second and third time! He was asking us why the hell no one has been catching very many fish cause they been re-running them like crazy! Hopefully the water has FINALLY stabilized and the dipsticks at the dam have quit funking with the water levels.

I was thinking it was closer to 9 pounds..;)

Course the larger fish was lost at the boat...I hate it when that happens...

Caught on a bright purple Brads wiggler...Been using diver and prawns without much luck...Switched over to plugs and started hitting fish.. Haven't caught any rerun fish yet...I know they are down there, but I ain't catching them...Water needs to drop a bit more and warm up a little..

I went back and tried to repeat the feat yesterday...I didn't hit a steelhead, but did have a huge battle with a springer in fast water...After 10 minutes the hook popped out for some reason...If I am going to do battle with salmon,I may have to step up to something more than 8 lb...LOL

Fun while it lasted..

Oh come on now the 8lb line makes it a real nice challenge just ask Autofisher (Mike) Then you get to hop from boat to boat.

The dam guys must have seen me putting my boat in cause just after I got in they opened another spillway...Seems to happen to me all the time...LOL

Still managed to hit a fish...No,not on Latoya's hot pants, but a coon shrimp with green spin n glow...This one had a recycle tag...
