Bass fishing in Yamhill County

I have lived in Yamhill County for several years but the two lakes I fished for bass have been closed. They were both on private property. Now I am looking for somewhere near by. Any suggests for a fishing chick? Thanks, Skye

I'm not much of a bass fisherman, but the Willamette is loaded with smallmouth.

Very cool I will go check it out. I am use to going for largemouth bass but it's still fishing

Willamette river out of Newberg- You got a boat? If not there some nice bank access in Dundee near the kayak rental place. If you do have boat, launch at rogers landing in Newberg and head north- Theres large and small and lots of em'
Don't be surprised if you get some coho on crank baits this time of year.
