Thanks for the compliments. The Nucanoe was a Fathers Day present from my wife. I am thoroughly enjoying it. The smallie was by far the best fighter. They are beasts when hooked.

If you ever feel like coming over my way Todd, I'll show you a spot where you can catch smallies like that at the rate of 6-8 per hour all day. I'm serious! In the slough I'm talking about the trick is keeping the bait away from fish that size so you can catch bigger ones.
