Man I am just too slow on the uptake these days. I finally figured out why a "trouser trout" was mentioned.

My original thought was that a "beaver trout" was funny, cuz someone dressed it up in fur--and I'm an OSU Beaver fan. It didn't occur to me at the time of starting this thread; that the phrase could have a "different" meaning or interpretation. Sorry.

GZ, I also did not intend any disrespect in your direction either my friend.
