Decided I would go try it again. Figured with the Oregon liquid sunshine I would have the place to myself. I was all alone in the rain. One lone person showed up after I got there. Neither of us had any luck at all. The river had risen probably 8 inches from Tuesday till Thursday. High and fast water makes it hard to catch anything. The fish are cruising upriver without anything to slow them down. Looks like this weekend isn't going to be much better.:(:(:(

No bait

No bait

I was fishing the stretch between McKenzie and Harrisburg bridge. No bait allowed.:naughty: I did try a couple of different colored corkies and several lures. Even floating jigs didn't work. I'll just have to keep trying. One will come!
