As far as the Wilson goes...anywhere in the lower river is good. The old burned down Guide Shop hole is about as high as i would start (they're higher, but access gets harder, wet, slippery treks down hills and so forth). There are 2 "roads" into the guide shop hole and both are really hard to see during the day, let alone early in the AM. Best bet for that is to pull into the turn out where the foundation and partial walls are left, wait for the traffic to go past you (its crazyness at times) and then turn around and drive down the path. Its right on a corner just past a bridge, i can't remember the mile marker off hand though.
Keep going down and there's an RV park which i always bypass, but just past it is the hole called Windy rock, its a huge turn out you can't miss. Park there and look for a small path heading down to the water, watch your step, the path is narrow and on an incline, however once down there its a fairly easy walk down stream for about a mile i think. There's one spot where you can cross private property by dropping a few bucks into a can nailed to a fence.
After that i believe Dougherty (not sure of the spelling honestly) Slough is a good spot i hear, its actually in Tillamook, you'll find it just by following highway 6, when you get to the bridge crossing the Wilson in Tillamook you're there.
For the Trask i only know the hospital hole right now, 5 bucks per person to fish since its private property. Just follow the road signs in Tillamook leading to the hospital, look for a green barn/shed just past the hospital and pull in there, follow the path around and pay the person in the small cabin by the gate.
