'Tis the season...for metalheads that is. This ODFW article is well thought out; and highlights many great tips; to help increase your catch ratio. I cannot agree more...to go with smaller/darker baits/lures in low water conditions. Or when it's rainy/foggy/cloudy weather.

I totally disagree with #9. The best way to ensure a fish on the line is to forget your net.

This holds true with bringing a cooler and knife too.
