I don't think anything that is a wild resource should ever be seen in any market, ever.
Not commercial, nor privately acquired.
If you are not personally resourceful enough to acquire what you want. To bad. Go enjoy your feed lot produced proteins.
The list of bad that would come from...
:)
Glad to see that you got it done.
Love that fish on the right by the way... Something about seeing scales fall off a fish on there own will gets me goin.
Its like a 5:1... which is fine. The more I fish, the more I like faster line retrieval vs. torque. I tip my rod towards the fish when I crank anyways. Im thinking a 6:1 or a 7:1 is more for me.
Yeah... Some people talk about it, and some people do it....
I guess I better just do it.
Still...
Thanks All.
The Toro is good. The drag is sweet, smooth. Cast's great.
I just dont like how low the gear ratio is. Wish I could gain ground faster. Day dreaming about trying to find different gears to speed her up.
Inline weight, w/ swivel.
WHY
1. I need a swivel for the junction between my mainline and my leader anyway, I might as well make it my weight.
2. I don't need a big ol hunk of lead that slides up and down my line to come all WWF and smash into my knot every time I cast.

4 for 6 this weekend, that will work.
Critter chasing buddy and I went 2 for 4 Saturday.
Then I went on a solo mission bound on destruction this morning. Couple of good looking hens hopped on board and wanted to go home with me.
Missed a couple of bobber downs in the process...
More photo's the merry'er Chris.
Cool report, I like your coastal outings.
All looks like fun, definitely a bounty out there that I am not chasing yet, I need to check out some of that shore fishing.
Yeah Chuck, no problem.
Not sure if I will have time tonight for any involved info swapping, but you can probably bet on me sending what I know over before I head to work in the morning.
We stick to a pretty specific area and run Jet Divers.
Thanks all; maybe I need to get a Bean-Counter.
I seemed to have even stumbled over one more victim.
As to some odd reason, I cannot seem to locate my post-edit button. Seems like Ive used it once, or maybe twice.
Anyway:
Only seem to be able to get out for about 6 hours max, one day per weekend.
Math isn't adding up to a balanced intake of fish 'n' critter to work ratio.
oh-well. Still killing a few.
Coolest thing is, I got my wife into her first fish other than a trout... pretty fun to see.
