        Nicely done, one species I haven't put on my list(Pike). Just not very abundant here in Springfield... Congratulations on a great catch..

            Those perch are great tasting fish. The fillets on the back are just big enough to make it worth the effort. Marinate for 20 minutes in Sake and lime juice. Beer batter and deep fry. One of my favorite. They taste sooo good!
