Chinook happy dance

I checked OFF another milestone on my i11s today (video link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wqJUiB41L8E), chinook have been widely spread out this year, a few more coho around but no big show going on from them. Got lucky, I had a soft take on a cut plug herring just before low tide, rod bumped strangely, got it in hand and felt something, waited and then set the hook, was it just a weed? Nope, she woke up and started pulling me across the river, that is when the video starts....several powerful chinook surface runs even with the drag set tightly due to there being some seals here and there, first time by the boat she wanted a quick rest break and I was having none of that...whole thing went down with no boats around me, no boats want by at speed, and no seals to be seen...boo yah.

Rodger! I have no idea how I missed this post. I can't decide whether to be jealous or inspired, probably both!
