Default Poking around the jetty this wekeend

Hit the south Jetty this weekend at high tide for a hour or so. Only one keeper and a few bites. Did some surf fishing too, just two fish, the water was pretty rough. Lucky we had some real fish in the freeze!!

So what type of fish did you catch? And if you've got pictures, please share! It'll be some time before I can go fishing again so I need my fix one way or another.

Greenling and surf pearch. No pics. Saltwater and electronics seem to be a bad combo for me. I have lost a camera and a cell phone due to salt exposure.

Wink Troutski loves pictures

You will have to excuse Troutski. He is our resident pic-addict. He wants pictures of everything remotely connected to fishing.
So, where is it that you pamper campers? Do you get in much ocean fishing? I would love to go out,if only there wasn't so damn much water! Glad to have you and hope to hear from you often. Welcome!

I have no idea about any of your questions as I'm still fairly inexperienced at the whole jetty fishing thing myself as well. Though I look forward to more of your posts, especially since the lingcod bite should be starting to heat up here soon.
