Ya i know. very cold. i live in keizer and its almost close to freezing. hope the roads are not to bad. I'm just gonna use bobber and worm at big cliff, maybe cast some small lures. If the bite is slow might head over to detroit.

Man I want to enjoy that lake, just so much water to cover in Oregon. I am trying to learn another lake in my area, finding it a bit taxing I must admit. Just when you think you have it under control, mother nature lets you know that your just a land lover.......I try to think like a fish, what would they do under these circumstance's. Heck I can't even under stand my boss half the time and he is almost human, why do I think I can think like a fish......some times I think I try to analyze it to much; keep telling myself to keep it simple Chuck, just keep it simple. I am my own worst enemy..... Give us a report on Big Cliff.

Well through the rain and snow, we managed to get up there. Only caught one fish though. it was a 17' rainbow trout. must have weighed about 3 lbs. Fun trip all and all with me my friend and finally got my brother up there.

Gee only a 17"er, I should be so unlucky. Glad you made it out, one fish days can be very frustrating to say the least. Thanks for the report, must have be rather cold....
