Default Lost lake campground full

This is the lost lake out of dee by hood river.Just got back from the lake the campground has been full since early yesterday .Lucky for us my buddy grabbed us a campsite,According to him the fishing was fair with one report of a 27" probably a leftover steelhead.Today it was hot and muggy with lots of bugs.Should be good fishing Mosquitos are very thick.Wish I was still there but gotta make the money to do so.4hr round trip to drop off the family and have one beer today but tomorrow Il'l be sitting in the drift boat watching my buddy row for a change while drinking his beer.Nothing better except a fish or two. Good luck this weekend everyone.

Thumbs up Out of town...

Good for you, getting out of town....hopefully the fish will fill the void in the cooler after the beer is all gone...

Fishing was great as usual weather was nasty.Casta bubbles with flies (renegades the hottest). Some friends used power bait and did great too.Scenery beatiful as always.Mostly planters but no grand slam this trip.Rainbows , browns , brookies and kokes. My daughter caught the biggest , a brown 15".Her first.
