Default Going out tomorrow

I'm taking my Dad up to Portland to try again for a keeper sturgeon...the reports of late are exceptional! I've got my fingers crossed that I'll catch my 1st keeper this time. I don't want to post on "THAT THREAD" again. LOL...This time I've got just about every bait you can use for sturgeon, so I hope I can find the right bait for a keeper. MMMM I can't wait to enjoy some smoked sturgeon again! It's got to be the best tasting fish there is!!!

take a piece of the herring or anchovy and run it up ure hook to the eye/line then thread a sand shrimp up the hook to the other bait. then wrap both of them real good to the hook with that little elastic line, and i mean good. use at least 14-18" of it and half hitch it toward the end. thats what those keepers were caught on that day.
