we have OFFicially kicked OFF our winter steelhead season with two bright steelies and a little coho to boot!Water was cold and the eyes of the rods were filled with icicles, but it was nice and sunny all afternoon.Gotta go again in the morning, lots of fish around!High hopes for this winter steelhead season

    Default same count today+a trout

I am told if I divulge the location,I will be hexed with bad juju,so I can only say it a central coastal river with no hatchery, that has alsea clippers in it!Went again today and got the same count, plus a trout. All were caught with bobber/jig setup, dark colors seem to be the hot ticket. No pics,I think the camera froze to death
