    Default iced in

we hit this float again on saturday, got one nice wild steely on a jig.It was cold as a mofo and raining just enough to get soaked. As we aproached the takout,we realized that the river was frozen from one side to the otherThe ice was much too thick to break, but not thick enough to walk the boat over to the launch. So we paddled back upriver to the only place I could think of,a small fishin shack, and I hiked out. There was a locked gate at the top of the road,so I knocked on the door of the closest house, and the good peaple gave me a ride to the property owners house accross town.He reluctantly aggreed to let me drive the jeep down to the rivers edge and use the winch to yank the boat up the steep bank.Everything worked out in the end,it was quite an adventure.
