    Default Shimano Sustain 4000FE

Is this enough of a reel for chinook ? I want to use it for float fishing for steelhead, and salmon. I was just wondering if it had enough power. Thanks in advance.

Thats a nice reel! It should be fine for chinook up to a certain point.

You know what that means don't you....your first fish will be a 67 lber, it would be worth it just for that.
