Southern Oregon bass fishing

Does anyone know if there is any lakes in Southern Oregon that has enough water to launch bass boat? I talked with the Emigrant Lake people and they said it's been closed since September.

Within 1 1/2 hrs of Medford

closest that I know is Tenmile Lakes but that is 3 hours...

Eel is pretty full.My buddy told me there is only 1 foot of water in the channel between the lakes at Ten Mile!
