Chest pack or over the shoulder pack?

what are you carrying? and how long (how many days)? and how far? all are relevent, if i'm fly fishin for five days I carry a small box and some leader.... steelhead=vest with weights and floats and corkies etc. . .

I have different pack/vest/fanny pack depending on what I'm fishing for and where I'm going. It takes a little time to organize before I go each time but I have what I need in the smallest space needed.

I have a Orvis mesh back chest pack and now i wont go back to a vest or waist/fanny pack. It just rides much more comfortably, imo. Everytihng is more secure and less bouncing around. Love it.
