Post Eagleclaw rod

I am looking for an old style Eagleclaw rod, about 6 -7' long, yellow in color and so flimsy you could just about tie it into a knot. Most of them had a cork handle and weren't very expensive; I believe they were made of fiberglass, they made a million of them. Well if any one knows of the where abouts of a couple of these I would really appreciate it, I have been looking in my little area but thought I would expand the search.

Good luck finding one. If you come across a yellow 11' rod called the Wet Noodle by Eagle Claw, grab it. Most fun you'll ever have with a fish pole.

Default good luck

I won't give mine up, sorry. I have a yellow trailmaster four-piece and I love it, great for trout and awesome for backpacking.

So where exactly in Eugene do you live Your a very lucky guy to have one of those jewels, I used to own one. Loaned it to someone and never got it back. On a better note I had all ready caught all the large fish with it, so all the guy could catch was smaller ones...it all worked out.
If you ever run across one let me know, it is a gift for someone very special to me.............ME.

Default Hand me down

My guess is that my dad bought it at GI Joes in Portland about 20 (or more?) years ago. I wouldn't know of where to get another one, good luck. I live just south of campus and work in north Eugene off of HWY 99, I'll fish just about anywhere.

I know its all most impossible to find one, but I figured maybe someone had one and wouldn't mind a trade or swap or sale. If I hadn't asked ...well we all know how that goes. Thanks any way fellow anglers.
