Default springers

3/31 -- Willow Bar - Sauvie Island - 9a.m. -- tossing spin an glows with the long rod - no takers but saw 2 lost - time for the boat next sat. - I troll Mult. Channel up to Coon Island - stopped by Fred's Marina sat. - only 2 on the
blackboard - there were trailers parked down the road - man it must take forever to get out of the water there ! oh , also went to the Clack. - high but clear - lost a steelhead , no springers up there yet -

We were up at coon island on Sat. Trolled from 10:00 - 4:00....saw two caught. Hoping for more action in April!

Default Coon Island

Trolled out of the Gilbert boat ramp and up to Coon yesterday for 5 hrs. -
the weather was nasty - lots of boats - lost 2 nooks - gave it up at 2P.Mthe fish counter told us he had checked 20 boats - only 1 boated - the water
temps. are the problem - they are sort of chewing but not gulping - think I
will try a DuPont spinner next time - BOOM ! - LOOK FISH EVERYWHERE !
