I have been ignoring the weather and it has paid off! The crowds are non existant with all this bad weather. Rain gear and layers of good fleece and thermals make even the worst weather bareable.

I agree I just wish my rear wheel drive truck could handle some of the higher lakes that were snowed in but not frozen over during this 40yr winter we are having

This will be the first opening weekend I havn't gone fishing in over twenty years, very weired feeling. I am having withdrawal pains....
