Ahem- it does matter- there's still a line to be drawn because bait is not allowed in the river.

the fishing regulations I'm curious about is....when does one river end and another begin regulation-wise?

for example at willamette park, where do the tualatin river regulations end and the willamette river regulations start? or is it sort of a gray area?

Exactly our point...the guy that wrote the reg.s says it is where the lake and the river meet. I take that as no white water or very choppy current. I was with the guy that wrote the reg. at the time. and he confirmed my point. Now on the other page is OSP they interpret the rule in a different light or land than we live in, the problem is they write the tickets.... It is crazy...I didn't buy a Salmon Steelhead Sturgeon Halibut tag this year but I think if I had I would be rather ticked that I couldn't fish in the Ocean. I mean some of those guys have put a lot of money into those Ships and rigs to pull them.
