Exercise and quit smoking are two ways that I have decided will prolong my fishing life. I struggle with the not smoking, especially when fishing and at a bar. But I would like to have kids and feel I owe it to them to stay healty so I can be there when they have kids and teach them all to fish. The exercise I have incorporated with my fishing in the summer as I ride my bike to some locations, about a mile or two each way.
