Default Dirt Late Models & Outlaws!!!

Osprey, that sounds really cool. Outlaws are my favorite, but i never get a chance to see 'em out at Lebanon. My friends and I need to plan a trip out there sometime. I am friends with Bill Workman, and his family, especially nephew Matt. I know alot of folks out there don't like the Workmans, especially little Billy, but I'm also familiar with the Lovell's as well. Both guys come from where i went to high school, in Canby. Dirt track racin is only a few years old for me, so I'm still taking in as much as i can. Love it! I will send you a PM when i see that Outlaws are racin, and when we can get down there. I'm learnin alot about how truly diverse everyone is here. Great crowd Anyone else like racin???

Boy, I don't know how that happened. I really don't know what a sticky thread is i guess. I always thought the Admins, and Mods who posted, were the only ones to make a sticky...Like good info for all to see...Dirt racin is pretty important, but i dunno about being on top of the Not Related section? Strange to say the least, unless you, Troutski made it sticky? I really need to get in the know with computers. But cool none the less! If anyone will be out at Willamette raceway this weekend, shoot me a PM, would love to meet a fellow angler and race fan!

I did it, it wasn't you....it helps keep the boards more organized and makes it is easier to locate a specific thread...
I used to go to those races when I was younger...now I eat popcorn and repair fishing tackle.. No where near as loud and you don't get cool mud/tire stuff in your hair...

I know the Workman's very well! I've been on the Tanners team for the past several years. Do you know Joey Tanner? The Outlaws race every Saturday night at Lebanon. I don't know if Joey and our crew chief Steve Moore will be there or not. I have to work tomorrow, but will probably go out after. I'll be in the pits though. If Joey and Steve are there these pic's will help you identify them. The 111 car is Joey's and the 21 is Steve's. These pic's are fom last years car show, but they look pretty much the same.

The pictures were taken at Heritage Mall at the Car Show last year. Bill knows me but I'm not really sure if he knows my name. Our pits are right behind the consecion stand. I haven't been going much this year, cause Steve and Joey have been touring and not racing at Lebanon much. Let me know when you're going and we can meet out there. Be sure to bring your whites, if your going to be in the pits!

Oh yeah i guess that is a jewlery store in the background there...Geez i need some spectacles! We actually went out to Banks this weekend, and Bill parked right next to Steve's #21. Great racin, and Greg Biffle showed up in a chopper! What a damn show to get a guy into a hot lap session and he bites the wall, first lap. But Greg Walters, was hiked up haulin, and would get out of it to let him pass a few times, and it was all fun... Little Billy took his first podium of the year with a 3rd, not bad for just a bunch of us yahoos crankin on his car! Both Billys are itchin to get to Lebannon, so I will definately get a hold of you guys and see whats shakin at the track!

Steve's going to be changing engines this week and both him and Joey will be racing there cars in Lebanon this next Saturday. I'll be going out there as well. If you come, and plan on being in the pits, be sure to bring your white pants! Evelyn's been coming down into the pits on a golf cart and checking for whites. If you aren't wearing them she'll make you leave! Hope to see you there!!!
