So it's clear that we all love fishing. I was just wondering what other hobbies you guys are into.
I like my computer, which I built my own. I'm a hardware junkie (just don't got the cash ). I run a couple of websites, and I'm also into photography (even though I got a crappy point and shoot). I used to play WoW a lot too, but have "quit". Just for the time being. Probably planning to go back soon. So now you know a little more about me . |

Well, I do a few of the traditional "Grandmotherly" things like knitting, jewelery making, cooking, reading and,of course, grandbaby-sitting . I also hike into strange places and pick up fallen/dead limbs and branches to bring home and turn into walking sticks. I am slowly getting into quilting, mainly because my roomie has turned the entire family room into a quilting room! I am training my Border Collie so I can take him fishing someday. So, what the heck is "WoW"? It must be as much fun as bass, huh? Barb

It's an online game where you play with other people from all over the world. There is a $15/month fee. It's a great game and many people have become addicted to it (I made some friends play and they haven't quit yet since they started 2 years ago). It's like digital crack. But I take bass fishing over it any day. ![]() |

Hobbies beside fishing?!
![]() Besides fishing I guess the only hobby I've got left is computer games. As a matter of fact my wife just bought me a copy of Bioshock while I was at work today ! I used to build my own systems as well but anymore the prices on pre-built systems are so low that it's almost like getting a free Windows license compared to what I could build myself. |

My other hobby is photography..I think it has actually taken over as hobby #1 or close to it..I have spent way to much money on camera gear and such lately, but I am having allot of fun with it..I like the fact that fishing and photography go well together..I go to some beautiful places to fish, and take photos while I am there..

We lost a lot of Tanarus players to WoW... That and Planetside.
hahaAlong with video games, I like to play music, I tinker with the electronics in my amps, I'm a decent marksman, tried to get into flying model airplanes but that got spendy FAST , have been known to play a little disk golf but I'm usually the one crunching around in the blackberries looking for a really long stick..., various other things.

I lost a lot of FRIENDS to WoW... what once were active human beings now still live with their mommies and would rather talk online with somebody in texas rather than hang out with what was their friends. Ive played it and I like the game but I also hate how into it people get. The last couple of years Ive really been into Counter-strike but since finishing school Ive moved on to other things (mostly fishing related) now that I have a source of income.

Preventive boat maintenance; nothing worse than getting to the water and having something not work right - Seems like I am either in my boat or doing something to it.....along with the trailer.... Fishing is probably second to the boat...or the boat is essential to fishing, either way I can't seem to get enough of either, lets not even talk about gear maintenance. All equally expensive too....
