I bought my boat & outboard back in 1980. She is a 14' Sears Gamefisher fiberglas tri-hull. Montgomery Ward 15 hp Sea King motor. Sears trolling motor too. She has been a Great boat & motors for pond & calm lake bass fishin'..................

But lately i have been thinkin' on maybe going fer the Gusto & gettin' a used 18-20' aluminum sled with a jet pump or prop outboard main engine, & a electric kicker motor, & a bow mount trolling motor.............................I would also like a windshield, steering wheel, & a full allaround canopy fer when it's cold, & cat heater. At this point in my life i like a few things fer ease & comfort....................................: lol:..................har.har.har....... ..

That's just the sort of thing I want to do a lot this summer. I've already got my eye on a few lakes in the Mt. Hood area to start with, and I'll just start to see where my hikes take me.

Years ago some ranger stations & ODFW offices sold detailed maps of specific BLM lands areas. I think these maps are still sold..............

Default Beer!

If not fishing or doing work around the house, chances are pretty good I will be spending the day brewing a batch of beer. NOTHING goes better with fishing than a tasty fresh bottle of beer!

My folks have a couple pear and apple trees on their place and for the last three years I have talked all big about how I'm going to pick the fruit, dice it up and ferment it. Haven't yet... But I will this year!!!
