Go higher up cross bull run it's inches then fish fast water were sandy splits

Waters brown should clear in a day or two then fishing will be good spinners and coon shrimp

I can put you on fish with spinners but it's on the sandy pm me everyday last week I tagged 3 fish sometimes in 1 hour sometimes 8 but with the right color they will hit

I would use size 5 I've caught tons of steelhead and nooks this year on them 4s for slower water can help tho

My suggestion is lower river with good presentation and fluorocarbon line it takes patience on avg I'm landing a summer every 2-5 hours
