Hi guys, I was wondering if Im able to bring my boat down to sandy river? I have a 16ft. Smokercraft. I was searching on the web but couldnt find any specific info. I did see that it could be dangerous? Would I be able fish alone? Thank you in advance for any input.

I used to fish those when I lived in so cal. There was a pay lake called santa ana rivers lakes and they stocked those. You'd be able to pull in a 15- 20+ pounder but they're hardly a good fight due to the fins being clipped.

A little ways for you perhaps but North Fork Res in Estacada is getting a stocking this week I think. I've been going to Faraday to kill time. Havent skunked there the last 5 times. Limits 3 times. They seem to like garlic scent.
