    Rouge river bass fishing

    There is different area that hold the bass. Mostly Sloughs. One mention earlier, White Horse (GP) Flanigan (GP) and a couple more. Most are from flooded farm ponds along the Rogue and Applegate. I got one in White horse in about the 2 lb range. Won me some fishing gear from it. Larry

    Crappie will be there abundance this time of year. Best lake for kid fishing. They never get bored. Lake is mostly stocked with rainbows. But the do throw in some land lock Salmon. Larry

    They must have changed it. It was a sand bar and had to get your tow vehicle wet just to launch. Its cool that their upgrading some things there. One thing for sure. its one dirty lake. Had stains around the boat just after three days. Larry

    Havnt gone bass fishing yet, but did take the family to Lake Selmac and fish for whatever the kids can catch. Did good on blue gills but the sad thing, we caught a chuie Chub. Some one release those in there. Probably some one fishing live bait. Those things are going to destroy that fishery...
