I hooked this spawned out hatchery hen at the Honey Hole 1, then proceded to Honey Hole and landed this beautiful summer buck in about 15 minutes. These pics were taken about 4 days ago. Enjoy!

I started up high and worked my way down to skipping cedar going to indian hole, not one strike in 6 1/2 hrs. How was the fishing for you guys. Please reply because I have a theory but I need input to test it THANX. Steve
I think it got the name from the swirl it used to have in it and it would collect all the corkies and other floating stuff coming down the river. But in the past few years the back has gave away and the swirl is gone.
I always thought that it was always lighter packing it out than in, unless of course you smoked em' and then its the opposite. But yeah the trash at main holes is a problem, maybe we need all need to be on trash patrol.

Thats insane because I used to go up there in the snow for winter steelhead and never saw trash, but that was about 6 or 8 years ago and now it looks like cedar creek, thats insane. I couldn't imagine the pristine beauty of a wo nderful creek like that so far away from society...

revo- 24lbs of drag trion- about 7lbs of drag/ trion great for steelhead and coho unless they are big fish. I heard that the new abu garcia baitcasters are absolute s**t, made in china, but the low profile have the biggest bang for the buck. Thats my 2 cents
