The road is open to the dam as of the 10th or 12th of this month. You should have no trouble getting there.

Trying to figure out the regs for this area. I visited last weekend and saw some people fishing on the south side of the bridge, but am not clear what water they were on. They were fishing just past where the Devils Lake fork comes in, but I saw some promising water north of the bridge as well...
