BATTLE SKIFF

My name is Michael "Ryan"Furford,owner of Forfjord Marine Services LLC.,and the infamous columbia river crawfish vessel "BATTLE SKIFF".Im 39 years young and a veteran crab fisherman of the bering sea,gulf of alaska,and primarily the west coast out of westport wa.,and down to san francisco of 25 years,both on deck and in the chair. I have always messed around with commercial crawfishing from the time I was 16,but a strong volume market was hard to find @that time in our area.That market I now have and I have built a weapon of crawfish assasanation out of a 20' harvey dory,bought a home just 2 min from the coal creek slough area,and built 400 new pots for my retirement.I also build and sell my pots to all parties.They are fast fishers and are rapidly becoming the standard for commercial and recreational fishermen on the washington side.
