Default New lady here....

Hi all, I've been reading and appreciating all the info you are giving. I love fishing, but all I've caught are small and I mean small, crappies, bluegills and small mouths. I've fished many places and to no avail I'm not giving up (I'm a bit obsessed actually) thanks for listening and I hope to post a success sometime!

I just love it, maybe it's inherited.....my mom is a fishing addict, she lives in Cali and fishes at Lake Berriessa (sp?) all the time, for bass mostly. My uncle is a tournament fisherman, and has many large bass under his belt. Good luck getting your wife into it! I am somewhere, fishing, whenever I have a spare day.

Is the back yard grass? or dirt? Filling in the holes and then getting some sod at your local home improvement store and making a nice grass area can really help. "curb appeal" Also, if you go to HGTV.com they have a bunch of great tips for selling homes.

Are your dogs still at the home? you may even want to make it look like you don't have any pets while showing your home maybe a neighbor could keep them for the time your showing or something like that. people are funny, and if they see or 'smell' animals or what have you, they get turned off. Myself, I have a dog and two cats love pets but.....just telling ya what I've learned in this weird business! Good luck to you. The market is tough.
